Process Triage Kit for Small Teams (Hard Copy)

Description

Our Small Team Process Triage Kit includes a self-paced workbook with everything needed to perform a process triage with a small team of six or fewer members.  It is ideal for the executive or manager who desires to learn process triaging principles and welcomes an team builder experience.

The triage exercise generates a slate of process improvement proposals, ranked for immediate implementation.

The kit contains a 30-page Small Team Process Triage Workbook, a 25-count pad of Team Triage Proposal Cards, 42 Points-of-Pain cards, and a Process Profile Sheet.

This  process triage kit follows the same protocol as our flagship Process Triage Immersion Workshop  led by our certified facilitators, without the team-built process map. The triage team will need to bring a map or illustration of their process as prework.

The manager / moderator should plan for 2 hours of preparation time, up to 4 hours to moderate the exercise, and two to four hours for post-triage, next 90 days planning.
